Hey,
Well done and congrats; I can understand where you have been and from other posts it seems a common thread.
There is no easy way and no sudden epiphany brought by some never ending email promising wealth and cheap viagra (or was that some other email

)
Learning from mistakes and accepting what you have done is wrong is one of the most difficult things to do but it is essential in the long run.
It is so, so easy to blame the market, the type of race, the team the info or the lay advice. In the end there is only one person who clicked the mouse.
I'm still covered in red and will be for ages to come, but I think I'm making a bit of progress.
My inspiration is from those who have made it from those who can make 100's a day to those who an make 50p a race; but on 90% of the races and with minimal losses. As it surely follows that if you can gain consistency then that will build confidence in ability etc..... and hopefully the winnings will increase.
My other point would be to new starters is to keep at it; read the blogs, read the posts new and the old ones ask questions and try not be disheartened if things don't work out at first. How many times did you fall over before you could walk?
At the moment I was happy to cover my BA sub this year from the heads up from Jolly Green on the Gold Cup, cheating I know as it was not trading just a straight Win or bust but green is green. As for the trading I'll keep going, funnily enough I've been doing better on the football as well.
The problem then comes to going back to the horses it is as if you have to get your "eye" in again when you have been away from it for a while weired.
Anyway Well done in clearing the red though.
