Not trading oriented but just pleased that Peter Harvey was found not guilty of attempted murder. Too many young men and women are allowed to do as they please knowing full well how this country operates a 'weak finger of the law' policy these days. Sometimes it's necessary to take several steps back in order to move forward. Zero telerance would be a good start.
Hi TheRiddler
I agree.
And I was pretty sure that Mr Harvey would be found not guilty. I really wondered why my taxes were being wasted trying someone for attempted murder when it was clearly a case of assault!
If one good thing comes out of the forthcoming spending cuts, it will be that there will be fewer politically motivated trials such as this.
Bring back the 1970s!
