Back or Lay all selections with Guardian question

How can one back or lay all selection at the current price with Guardian?
I thought to do automation for the Pre-race markets and do that when the book % jumps over or under 100% .

And what would be the right staking parameter? For example if I want to use maximum £50.

Because of cross-matching a genuine move above or below 100% usually indicates a false market. Be aware of that.
