does automation not kick in if the rule was set in play, even if it not set it kick in until the 10th minute? I'm doing some testing and that's the only reason I can think of it not kicking in sometimes.

If the automation uses time controls that are in relation to the start time, Eg x mins after the event goes in play. Then the rule needs to attached to the market before it starts.
