Error message when placing stop.

Hi,

I get this error in the log when my stop is triggered why is it not working? Ideas?

Stop triggered. Modify bet 154968731248 from 2 @ 8.6 to 2 @ 34 [Keep at in-play] Error changing price ( CANCELLED_NOT_PLACED ).
