Hi
I’ve been struggling with trying to set up an automation rule to do the above with out making it too much of a nightmare to set up every morning. Can anyone help please.
What I want to do is:
Select a runner and back it just before the off but ONLY if it goes off 1st Fav.

Back horse A, B, C, or D if 1st Fav
The following example file will back a nominated runner if in the top 3 so just needs the Historical relative odds condition editing from
in position 4 order of favouritism
to
in position 2 order of favouritism

You'll need to open a 2nd instance of Bet Angel (just repeat the login process) if you want to nominate a 3rd & 4th runner for a race

You want to nominate up to 4 runners a race and have a bet placed on one if its the fav at post time (or whatever time you want to use)?
If so that's exactly what it will do with the earlier condition change I advised
Or have i misunderstood?
The rule will back the nominated runner you specify on the main guardian page,
That condition is saying back the nominated runner if its price is less than that of the 4th fav (ie, the nominated runner is the 1st, 2nd or 3rd fav)
or if you change it as per my earlier post to 2nd fav its then saying;
Back the nominated runner if its price is less than 2nd fav and for that to be true it means the nominated runner must be the fav
If its price wasn't less than the 2nd fav it wouldn't be fav and therefore the condition is not met and the bet won't trigger

Great that seems to be working now the way I intended it to so many thanks for that.
One thing I’ve noticed though when looking at past races that the rule has triggered and placed LIVE bets but for some reason the bets placed are not showing in the MATCHED BETS or UNMATCHED BETS columns within the gaudian for the races in question. It’s not really saying that the rule has triggered but I watched the markets live and my balance so could clearly see that bets were placed.
Any suggestions?
