Good one for Dallas here....

Firstly not sure if the subject name is accurate here but it’s all I could think of calling it.

Right then....how would we do the following using automation if at all possible.

Ok...at 30 minutes before the off take a snapshot or make a record or capture the current 3rd Fav

then...at 5 minutes before the off lay the now 3rd Fav or above if at the time of the original 3rd Fav reference point was taken it was the 2nd Fav but has now drifted out to 3rd Fav and above.

Basically lay the horse that was 2nd Fav 30 minutes ago but has now drifted out to 3rd Fav or above 5 minutes before the off.

It might be a lot easier to do than I’ve made it and I’ve possibly over complicated it?

Create a 'Set/Modify Signal' rule and on signal tab set a signal on selection
armed to trigger at 30mins
applied to 'Betfair order of favouritism 3'

Then on your lay rule applied to ANY selection add the following condition

Signal set condition
is the signal named (whatever you called it above)
set with a value

Relative odds condition
selections back price
is greater than
back price of
selection in Betfair order of favouritism 2

That should do it

Is there a user manual somewhere that explains each of these features and how to use them and what they do rather than just posting scenarios for help?

Yes there's an online guide you can use, the automation section starts here
