Betdaq not allowing the use of VPN

Last week I tried to deposit some money into my Betdaq account while I was connected to my VPN as I would do normally, and my account got blocked. I use a VPN for Betfair and no problems. Betdaq replied by saying they were flagged up, so they must be using some sort of spyware or iSnare.

Has anyone had this trouble before?

More likely they have an 'IP blacklist' and other people have perhaps been using the same VPN service for what you are doing!
