steamer bot is it possible?

I'm not sure if betangel can do this or not. Basically want a bot that can check horse prices at 9am and 10am and if the price has decreased by 20% it places a back bet on the selection and greens or reds up 2 mins before the off.
No idea where to start getting prices at the times. Is it possible?

Hi, you can do this using stored value. Just set a rule to save a stored value with a time condition. Then you can place your bet based on that stored value condition.

Hi this might help if you put your times in and add a green up rule then duplicate the files as you wish
