Stored Values - Global

1. Give stored values the option to be "global" and not binded to an event. So for example it would be possible to use a stored value within all matches of a tennis tournament or in football in the Premiere League etc.
2. Integrate Stored Values in the settings to use them in any automation rule file, without having to "Creat/Set" them in each file extra.

Anyone know if #1 is a thing yet?
I'd like to store P&L of a bot while its in practice mode e.g. PremierLeagueBotProfitLoss = PremierLeagueBotProfitLoss + <Green all P&L> and have that rule fire after my final hedge rule for all the games
