Hi All,

Any idea why the following does not keep the unmatched bet when the market goes in play? It looks like the keep bet rule fires but when I check prior to the race the keep status is cancel at in Play?

The automation places a back bet at odds of 2 pre race that I want to keep when the market goes in play

Is your first rule placing a bet with an offset?
If so is that offset bet in the market within 6 seconds of the opening bet being placed so the keep bets rule catches it?

Hi Dallas,

No offset bet is being placed, The first bet is just checking the odds of the favourite prior to placing the back bet at odds of 2.0 (its checking the odds are less than 2 on the fav)

If so I want the automation to place a back bet prior to the event start and then keep the bet so it goes in play - I've set this to fire after as per the attached screenshot in the previous post

Both rules appear to fire but when watching a race the status of the back bet never switches to Keep (its stays at status Cancel)

Have you checked the log to make double sure the keep rule is triggering after the bet is placed?
Or that the keep bet rule is definitely triggering?

If you select and highlight the market in Guardian below the bottom window is the log tab,

Maybe try deleting it and re-adding it, also set it to trigger several times re-arming every 1-2 secs and see if that helps
