Back the horse, compared to others

How can I place bet on a selection based on odds of others; for instance,

I want my bot to back horse 6, if horse 7, and 2 are favorite than horse 1. On the other hand, Back Horse 1, i horse 3 and 4 are ahead of horse 2.


P.S : Positions mentioned above are by row index. Your help would be highly appreciated.

You can use a combination of the;
Relative odds condition
Fixed odds condition

to do anything along the lines of what your looking to do, you might need to add more than 1 of each to your rule/s
