Hi,
Does anyone have any tips for betting on a match you are watching. Are there are specific stats or processes that you look for?
Do you do pre-match research and if the game is not going how you think the game should game do you bail out and leave it. For example, if you think Man City should score a goal in the first 30 minutes but don't do you ignore the game and leave it?

I'm not really a *to all else exclusion* football person. however, I would say that my observations on the guys that do well on the football are that they don't really have a hard line on what they pre plan in terms of if team A scores (or doesn't) inside 30 mins then i'll do x,y and z. The guys that excel tend to think on their feet and will probably see any unexpected action as an opportunity to oppose received wisdom. They will also be tracking various other properties in real time which their experience will allow them to analyse and capitalise on. In short, probably no two games with unexpected 30' action will be treated in the same fashion by the top flight traders.
To be any good (imho) in football trading, you need to have a 6th sense and real understanding of the game. To take fast and hard formulaic stances to a game, before it's even started is possibly outmoded and of limited value. In terms of the above (re man city), that would theoretically present an excellent OU1.5 opportunity if things remained the same approaching the final 15-20 minutes. as i said, just my personal observations.JustLukeYou wrote: ↑Mon Oct 07, 2019 6:23 pmDo you do pre-match research and if the game is not going how you think the game should game do you bail out and leave it.
