What would you say was value ?

Based on inplay my main trades are the 0.5 goals market before HT.

My question is what would people say is a value calculation price decay vs time plus stats ???

There seems to be differences in prices between sports book 365 and of course the exchanges. Does anyone specialise in this market, could throw the heads up ??
