Fill or Kill

Hi, I'm new to this so I hope you wont laugh at my question!
I'm trying to place a kill or fill bet.
When I do, the bet is immediately placed and is not the bet that I requested. (fill or kill)
I followed all the steps in the video, but still the bet is placed as a normal bet.

Did you enable global settings by uncrossing the blue cog icon?

yes. did that and everything else advised in the video.

Can you post a screenshot of your trading screen after you place the bet and also copy and paste the log?

Below where you type your replies there is an attacment button which you can use to upload your screenshot
You can then take a screenshot of the log too or copy and paste it into a message

Yes they've uploaded fine, and the settings you have on the ladder screen are all correct so no reason why the fill/kill shouldn't be working, if you can just upload a screenshot of the log page located just below where you select your 'three charts' profile.

You may have to scroll down the log first as it will have you whole days activity in it, I just need to see the latest entries at the bottom after you have placed the bets,

Nothing shows up in the log file. I'm still using practice mode. Could this be why?

The log file will log activity in both live and practice mode, if you have logged out then this is cleared from your main log tab, you can find it in your saved area but it would be just as easy to place a few more bets/trades then open the log tab again
