No more Betfair customer service through phone

Yes you heard it right there is no way to contact betfair through phone anymore

the only way to contact them is through the online chat they provide on the betfair website

i couldnt believe it a company like Betfair does not have helpdek phone number anymore

Their customer services was always useless, probably a bonus they've ditched them :)

Historically I found it easier to use smoke signals to close any positions rather than use their phone service..

And you thought the Indian fella called "Dave", who phoned you last week about your dodgy internet connection was from a call centre in the depths of India?
