Need help with custome rules in Guardian

Hi Guys,

I'm an old School Bookmaker and I'm having difficulty feeding rules into guardian.

Essentially what I'm wanting to do, is fire in a set market, 60 secs before the off, for a set liability.

Greatly appreciate if someone can help or point me in the right direction.
