youtube channels and blogs
When I first started out trading I was sucked into multiple Youtube channels and constantly searched through blogs in an attempt to gather as much knowlege as possible, these days I watch one youtube account, follow one blog & use one forum.
There are a few reasons for this... watching multiple youtube accounts fills your mind with multiple opinions, most of which are just bs designed to lure the subscriber to the promise of riches, all for £89.99 (or whatever.) Most, if not all of the shite that is out there is just utter bollox. The more opinion, the more confusion... it's probably very obvious since i'm using this forum which person it is I follow & it makes sense, not only does Peter create content for multiple sports & content on how to maximise my use of the software (free of charge) but he's also the only person offering such content that I believe has "skin in the game" proven multiple times in this forum and on social media.
It's a full package with the added bonus of the people in this forum, such as Dallas & others like Kai (I don't want to be his next meme victim) who are always there to offer support, I've met up with another member of this forum who has also been there to share the experience of the trading journey & we've bounced ideas off of each other for the past year, then not to forget the banter that the forum offers (which is pretty handy for such a lonely craft.)
I'm sure others will have their own preference but i'd suggest choosing one mentor regardless of who is a solid way to progress.
