Hi, Can anyone shed any light on a problem that's occured 3 times this week and cost me money every time. I like the right click stop loss facility and found it useful by moving it down or up, a couple of tics behind, as the price moves in my favour. All good. But 3 times this week, the price has moved in my favour, then done an about turn. The price moves upto the stop loss, i get the audiable 'Beep' and as the price gallops off in the wrong direction my stop loss hasn't been taken. By the time i realise it's not taken i've gone from a few tics up to 4 or 5 tics down ! Anybody else experienced anything like this with the stop loss ?

I guess if the money "runs away" fast enough there is not much you can do. Placing the "Stop at" 5 ticks and then set the "Place stop at" 10 ticks will help to reduce missing the money, but may cost you more.

I used to use it quite frequently but prefer to manually exit at profit or loss now.
