Offset bet not placing back bet?

We were all new to Bet Angel once. Ask any question you like here and fellow forum members promise not to laugh. Betfair trading made simple.

Hi all! I have been trading B2L horses in play using the offset bet with greening on the one click screen which has been working as it should for weeks until today, My last 2 trades skipped the back bets and took the lay so loosing my full stakes and leaving me high and dry. Now I dare not continue trading this way as i will unintentially loose my bank. Does anybody have an idea what may be causing this or is there a way to ensure the lay bet will only activate if the back bet is taken first. Thanks for any help but this trade could become dangerous grounds if it continues...

You just need to enable fill/kill
