NEWBIE WITH SOME DATA CAPTURE QUESTIONS

Hello to everyone who reads this,

I have been a long-time reader and peruser of this forum and have found great info and insight so i thank you all.

I want to know if possible and how ( happy to pay someone to configure it for me)

I want to be able to select football matches of my choice and collect the price and money match.

I would want it to start capturing 24 hours before kick-off at 30 min intervals, up until 2 hours to ko I would want 15 min intervals. and once the game has kicked off I would want 1 min or 30-second recording of current price and money matched.

Basically a database of some sort in excel.

I know there is a lot of helpful people on here who give their time and knowledge to help for free, but I am willing to pay for help in getting this done.
