The email they gave you ([email protected]) is legit so it's not a scam, it's safe to send your stuff over there.

KYC stuff is very common now.

Its 100% legitimate, I mean I should know... nobody knows more about Betfair customer service than I do. Fabulous people, probably some of the best people in the world, tremendous people. I spoke to some of them this morning, tremendous people and they're trumpers...

It should say right here at the very top of this link that "You have 30 days left to provide additional documents" => https://myaccount.betfair.com/summary/accountsummary

Alternatively, it will just say "Congratulations, your account is fully verified and ready to go", but that message will eventually go away.

You could have just asked their Twitter support and gotten a confirmed answer in a few mins.
