'Traded Volume' column empty in free trial?

I'm using the bet angel professional free trial and there's nothing showing up on the traded volume column.

Any ideas?

I found the problem, can someone confirm that this is the right way to go? In settings > communications tab, I checked 'use exchange streaming'.
