Question about reading from a file

Hi guys..

I have a question about Betangle for BetDaq

I have a program that is exporting a txt file with a greyhound selection(s) right at the start of the race...

I need to automate a bet to get placed on BetDaq.. from Betangel.. Whereby it will read my selectioins in the txt file and place a lay bet at the start of the race accordingly...

Will this be possible?

What I really need the 'servant' to do is basically be reading the file, every second of the day.. looking for updated entries.. does the servant have this timing available??
