Im trying to create a bot that will monitor a tennis game for 40-0 or 40-15

I want it to place a bet when either of those scores occur. It can only place one bet. What I mean is that if it has already placed a bet for 40-0 in a particular game, it cannot place another bet if 40-15 shows up.

I've tried doing this, but Im not quite getting the flow.
