Green-up Correct Scores

It comes as a bit of a shock when you do your first green-up in the CS markets (using Betfair cash-out because I was on my phone) and see a green profit suddenly become a Red loss! I didn't think about it but clearly any stake matched to an impossible score that still has some odds left dangling is a guaranteed loss! So how do you green-up in the CS market when using Guardian Automation? Is it a matter of closing your positions on each score individually?
