traded the chelmsford card from the 6 oclock until the last race at 8
18 green
29 green
10 green
2 green
6 green
5 green

for the first time ever I tried to trade each market on its merit had a strategy an entry and exit point for each trade and waited for the market to let me in rather then trying to smash my way into the markets

I do not recall my heart rate raising once and remained as cool as a cucumber and was in total control all the way through the numbers are not impressive but for someone who has always traded as erratically as me where a 15 pound winning trade was disappointing as 2 minutes before it was green it was 47 pound red or along those lines and let more banks go in running then I care to remember tonight has been a proper eye opener

before tonight I have always struggled to believe it was possible for a strategic approach to trading as I have always been a gambler and thought you cant build a strategy based around gamblers like myself as even we don't know what we are about to do before we do it but tonight as high lighted if you have a strategic approach and stick to the plan you may well miss a few ticks and you definitely will not spend the night chasing round the little flashy light thing to keep coming up with a 2 tick loss the markets seem to visually slow down

2 swallows don't make a summer but for the first time ever I have traded a profit and understood how I made it and ultimately been so so relaxed whilst executing the plan

tonight has gone so well a part of me thinks I should call it a day and go out on a proper high

Well done prestburydreams. You're right, two swallows don't make a summer but it sounds like you had a positive/controlled mindset and positive result. :)

Well done, great example of focusing on the execution and letting the profit come as a result of that. Easier said than done! 👍
