Help with Guardian Automation Rules

I have setup a rules file, to automatically lay any selection where the odds are greater >5.2 and less <7.6

However, I am probably doing something wrong, because it seems to try and lay the favourite each time. Attached are prints of the relevant rules screens

When applying a rule to 'ANY' selection it will always look at the selection in row 1 first, then row 2 and row 3 and so on until it finds one that satisfies its conditions

Thanks, yes, that is what I wanted it to do, to go through each selection from first to last, and only trigger a lay where the odds are greater than 5.2 and less than 7.6.

However, it appears to ignore the odds criteria, and will trigger a lay even if the odds are only 2.5, for example.
