So I had a B2L bet on Fearless Will at WRD tonight before it drifted. I was nicely in profit and every selection was green well in advance of the off time, so off I tottered to do a few other things whilst waiting for the race to start. At the off everything was greened up nicely and enjoyed watching the race.
As the race finished, smarting at my great trading skills, I checked it had cleared in my BF account only to see it was a minus figure.
So, I guess the non-runner about half n hour before the off time had an effect?
if it did how was everything greened up as a profit? Is there a way to be able to account for it or know what to expect, should it happen in future?

OK, it must be the deduction as my av odds on my account were 1.90, yet I backed at 2.70.
Still, why did BetAngel show everything was green?

Until Betfair actually pull it out of the market and reform another Bet Angel has no way of knowing it's been withdrawn.
It wasn't until after the race had finished and Befair voided the bets did your profit change.
Normally unless it's a late withdrawal and no time to form another Betfair will suspend and remove the runner immediately. I assume as it's a low quality race they had no one monitoring it to know it had been withdrawn

Thank you Dallas, as always. I'll just take note it is part of the risk if there is a NR and take it into account at the time and adjust accordingly.
