Calculating the book???????

Hey guys

Ive working on a new excel sheet for betangel, but i cant get the calculations on the book right.

Does anybody knows the formula on how to calculate decimal odds in to a book percentage.

If odds of 3.50 then this represents 28.5%

Calculation is 1/3.50 = 0.285

But what i need is how to work out the book percentage, of all the runners in a race, and i was hoping that there was some kind of formula.

maybe by adding all the runners odds together and then deviding with something.
