prevent stacking of bets at lower end or higher end of price spectrum

so the bet moves from 2.00 to 1.45 and then moves back up to 2.00.
can I say for example; only allow back bet to be placed between 1.45 and 1.55 if unmatched lay bet between 1.45 and 1.55 is equal to one, similarly between 1.55 to 1.65 and so on.
currently all my unmatched offset bets are stacking at 1.45 or 2.00.
