betdaq excel opens data in wrong cells

when i am trying to open for example a horserace in excel in cell 1a the names of the horses does not show and all the data showing up in the wrong cells. I have tried to open in other cells but ends up the same way. I am using the sheets that comes with betangel and have not changed anything in them.

The Befair excel spreadsheet wont work properly in Betdaq and vice versa..Sounds like you are using the wrong spreadsheet??
