When you first realised how it works and where the best position is to enter market
Did everything else all make sence and come together more easily
I'm actually surprised how simple the mechanics of a market is, once you know
Did everything else all make sense
I think I've been trading for 7-8 years now, can't remember exactly when I started because it was a gradual transition from punting. But I still don't know where the best position to enter a market is until I've entered the market and seen where the market moved, so you're one up on me.

So you think you've figured out 'where' to enter a market
now you only have to work on
when, what, why and how - oh, and don't ovelook 'if'.
I wondered this too, I'm only coming up to around 2 years into my journey and the last few weeks have been up and down. I've had lots of moments where I felt that it clicked and started to make sense, followed by a profitable day or week (even over a few hundred markets), only to feel like I'm back to square one and don't understand anything. Perhaps it's the disclipline letting me down

Definitely this, i've lost count of the number of time i've thought 'cracked it!' only to be disappointed. I've come to learn these are just steps on the ladder.
