Does anyone know how to place an automated bet at a price 10 seconds after that price has been reached?
I want to place a bet at 2 but not when the price is first hit
i tried making an unmatched fill or kill lay bet at 1,01 when this happened plus a back at 2.0 with a condition to activate 10 seconds after a fill or kill bet in the market but the condition just gets ignored by the platform and it places a back bet at the same time as the initial lay bet.
I have been told to just use a signal but i cannot see a signal like this on here. they all seem to be for placing a bet when a price is reached rather than delaying it even though in the User Guide it says that you can use a signal for this but then gives to more detail.
I watched Peter's youtube on signals where he admitted this is complicated and it certainly is!
Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

Bet with a delay
Just add the following rule
Set/Modify signal rule (with a fixed odds condition to test the price)
and set a signal on the selection
Then on your back bet rule add a
signal changed condition and set that to the time you want
Or you can use one of the examples that already does this and just copy the rules across or add your to there files
This delays the bet placement once a score is reached, for what you've asked for all you need do is swap that tennis score condition with a fixed odds condition to test the price

If you wanted it to be below the price continually for a number of seconds you can use this one and just change the profit conditions to fixed odds conditions
