Bot settings

Hi Guys,

So Im knew to using bots, always done things manually, I've downloaded and used some of the football bots in a few matches, even made my own 2 nil to the home side scalping bot (all in practice mode)....

My issue is that when the trade goes right the greening up in the market seems to give me little returns. I hope its just a settings issue I need to tweek in the parameters or conditions etc. But can someone help advise me.

So I backed the home 2 nil at 14.5 for £60 = £880 or thereabouts, anyhow when the goal went in at 25mins a few minutes later the odds where down to 6 however my bot did not cash me out and green up at 6, instead it greened me up at 14 for about £62 where I made about £2.14. It would have made sense to cash out on betfair or atleast do the calculations myself, but I want the bot to do this.

Again I know I've missed something but what? This was similar when I lay the draw with greening although not as extreme.

Any help is appreciated

My guess is that there wasnt much liquidity and the spread was 6/14 at that point. You can use Market % indicators or 'seconds after 'suspension' to wait till the market re-forms before cashing out (or try reverse greening (for a while))

Another condition you can add is a 'Relative Odds Cond'
Selections Back price
is equal to
Selections Lay price
minus 1 tick

That will ensure the rule doesn't trigger until there are no gaps between the back/lay prices
