Market volume estimation

Hello

I have been pre-off trading UK horses for a few months and this forum has been incredible (along with academy videos) thankyou to all that contribute.

My question is: does anybody have data on Betfair matched volume traded pre race?

I know this is an imperfect science and will be variable but it would be great to have a ballpark estimate of how much money to expect on a certain race type, at a certain course, at a certain time of year / meeting.

The reason for the question is there have been markets where I thought the money had arrived, taken a position accordingly and then wow the money really arrives!
