Bet Angel Ticks practice mode slow ass hell

So the whole deal with using a program is to make stuff happen faster and not slower, but ever since I've downloaded BetAngel everything takes ages, just to search a market takes 5-10min, really anoyying.

Markets are downloaded in a bulk file upon logging in, if Betfair are having problems they can on rare occasions be slow to be downloaded, but if that were the case that would apply to most if not everyone and I've not seen any other posts or reports on the BF down thread so it suggests the problem is local to you and your connection.

Have you tried restarting Bet Angel in case the was an intermittent problem around the first time you logged in?
If that doesn't help try re-booting your router as that can often clear line blockages built up over time.

When its running correctly the markets should be in your selection window as soon as you open
