3 year bans for the jockey and trainer, the footage released by the BHA is pretty damning:

Colours are white sleeves and green body with white stars on it comes out of stall 12 and is held up out the back early on.

Obviously being held up for a late run 
Seriously though that has to be the most ham fisted attempt at fixing a race I have ever seen.
I think they should double the 3 years for making such a bad job of it
Also, the race 2 days later at Musselburgh looks questionable to me - almost as if they have ridden the horse to make it look a difficult ride in order to help the ensuing enquiry.
