Well, at the risk of repetition:
Hands. Face. Space.
Approximately 1 in 3 people who have coronavirus have no symptoms and could be spreading it without realising it.
Remember - ‘Hands. Face. Space.’
hands – wash your hands regularly and for at least 20 seconds
face – wear a face covering in indoor settings where social distancing may be difficult, and where you will come into contact with people you do not normally meet
space – stay 2 metres apart from people you do not live with where possible, or 1 metre with extra precautions in place (such as wearing face coverings)
You should avoid all non-essential meetings and interactions

Not sure if this would be "mission creep" but do you envisage discussion here including stuff which might be seen as an indirect effect of Covid
By which i don't mean avoiding catching it, following appropriate protocols at home etc. (even though these are obviously vital, even more so now as the vaccine is being rolled out)
I mean the indirect effects of a more sedentary lifestyle as a significant proportion of us may not be commuting to work etc., and are spending too much time cooped up in the flat too close to the fridge etc.
Some time ago Peter did an interesting video of a standing desk for trading etc. I do know that my "supposedly executive" chair at home seems to be doing me no favours concerning my back. Might this thread be a useful source of practical stuff from traders as to how they mitigate both direct and indirect effects of Covid, or just the former?

I had to ditch my executive office chair and buy a bog standard orthopedic chair because I was having problems with my back. My back went twice in a space of about 7 months.
That was one of the reasons I got back to the gym, strengthening my back muscles did the trick but its definitely something to keep an eye on in these lockdown times.
Thats great
