Have stuffed up one-click & ladder setting. How to re-set?

Hello Hive mind,

Another newbie joining in with a question.

Having watched many of the videos, I have made some edits to both the one click & ladder settings. BUT....I have somehow managed to change the settings so while it allows me to place a Lay bet on the ladder; I cannot place a Back bet. Nor doe it allow me to just place Back bets.

Is there a way to re-set all of BetAngel 'One Click' and 'Ladder' settings back to original or 'factory' settings? I think the problem is I have done a lot of tinkering (I know! I know!).

On the blue login window you have the option to login with the factory default layout and settings profiles

Once logged in you can delete the old profiles you don't want any more by going to 'settings' or 'view' in the top left corner

That sounds as though you've simply changed the 'Odds display' in the global settings to 'Lay' and then saved that setting...or you've changed your back stakes to '0'.
