It's a marketing led thing, I was member a long time ago. They run ideas past you and ask for your thoughts.

They propose changes to how they manage markets, features etc. A more intense sort of customer survey.

I received something similar and was a member of a small forum community about 10 years ago. The suggestion I made, which had much support amongst the community, was an email or once only splash screen when you log into the site to tell you about planned maintenance.

10 years on and they're still looking for more ideas to ignore. And those complimentary betting tips, trust me, they'll get them from the tea lady. :lol:
