Hi

Anyone else's weekly calculation look off for last week?

I reconcile the movement in my lifetime position and weekly charges every week and always agree the numbers back to my actual net profit. This week I can't reconcile the numbers.

I've asked the helpdesk for a breakdown, but twice they have sent me a basic account statement, not a premium charge calculation and now at the third time of asking they are saying they can't (wont) send me a statement/breakdown, even though they have sent similar breakdowns before.

They are so frustrating sometimes......

About 7% on the week - diff between total charges % for the week and what I would expect.

Same here, my numbers seem to reconcile with the Monday-Friday figure rather than Monday-Sunday. Will probably get remedied in a few weeks time, rather than immediately; similar thing happened last year, first week of July, and got remedied to the penny last week of August just when you think they've forgotten about it and you've made a few extra quid.

Thanks for that. Although Mon-Fri doesn't reconcile for me either so.......
