To Be Placed markets

Have I got the following correct regarding To Be Placed markets?

0-5 horses- Pays on the 1st & 2nd
6-8 horses- Pays on 1st, 2nd & 3rd
9-16 horses- Pays on 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th

Also does more than 16 horses pay for a 5th placed horse?

Regular place markets are dependant on the number of original runners
3-7 = 2 places
8-15 = 3 places
16+ = 4 places for a handicap,
and
3 places for other races

the 'To be placed' markets are separate dedicated and always have the number of places paid in there title (ie, TBP4)

You can also use the book % to see how many places there are. If it's about 200 then there are 2 places, etc
