Would anyone like to comment on the Transition period?
Does it exist? In the sense that you find your results are different.
Is it measurable? Perhaps less Favourites win or bigger priced outsiders win.
I am guessing the mixture of race categories changes with a lot of Maidens and Novices, until the newcomers have run 3 times and have a handicap.
With limited form could whispers be more important, would there be more Steamers?
How long would you say it lasts for?
Does anyone change their their tactics or take a little break?
Thank you for reading.
NH to Flat Transition
I find just after the grand National I get poor results for my Back to lays as the jumps season is drawing to a close and the flat season is still early days. Similarly I find September a terrible month so have to take a break.sphilipmyer wrote: ↑Wed Feb 17, 2021 12:45 pmWould anyone like to comment on the Transition period?
