Laying Multiple horses

Hi All

Wonder if someone can help, I'm looking to make an automation that will lay 2 horses if they both reach a price of under 3.5. So for example, a field where all prices start over 5, If two horse both drop to under 3.5 I want to lay both these horses, but only if they are both under that price.

Would someone be able to advise how I do this please?

Try adjusting this to 3.5
