Anyone else having issues when downloading their betting history off the BF website today? Loads on screen but just returns a blank csv file.
Wouldn't be a major day's racing if something on the website didn't work i guess....

Yes. I think the CS rep was confused by the transaction page versus the betting history page. After a bit of back and forward they said they will "look into it". Kind of gave up, too busy to really worry about it this week. Hopefully it might resolve itself.

I tried calling them only to find that the phone number is discontinued.
Then I tried messaging them and have had no reply apart from the bot who failed to understand.
Then I tried emailing them at [email protected] only to get a reply from [email protected] saying "The attached email could not be delivered to one or more recipients."
Total joke of a company.

You'll then get an email with a reference num and you can reply/correspond via that to talk to betfair support rather than the call centre. Even if your issue gets marked as 'resolved' you can reply at anytime using the ref and it'll reopen the issue. Hopefully your email will come from priority@ or vip@ and you can use it pretty much whenever you want if you establish a dialog with the support people, all of them are friendly and helpful if you're the same.
I actually think their support team are excellent once you get through to them but their call centre is nothing special.
