Laptop specs on a budget
I have ran Bet Angel on low on totem pole intel celeron's with no problem in past but I don't do automation or much in guardian or use advanced charts and all that.
The laptop I'm using right now has a Intel Core i3-6100U @ 2.30GHz by no means high end or even medium end and I have no problems. I did increase ram from 4 to 8

this would be something worth a discussion as I do use automation through Guardian a fair amount now - it takes the emotion out of trading I find. Not so bothered about the charting. I tend to use (very) low spec Celeron notebooks for convenience. Havent noticed any performance impact.
Not an expert but Id say that what we are ASKING betangel to do is generally limited in terms of system resources ?
Id be more concerned about a steady and fast broadband connection. Anyone else got any views ?

I think this is right. You can run bet angel on a cheap laptop, just make sure the internet connection is steady and your'e ok.iggypop37 wrote: ↑Sun Mar 28, 2021 9:03 pmthis would be something worth a discussion as I do use automation through Guardian a fair amount now - it takes the emotion out of trading I find.
