Pretty much halved my profit for the week, usual mistake, trying too hard, big stakes. Going to pack in for the day before I go in play and blow my bank.

I can't really blame the markets although they have seemed hard, I was being stupid with big stakes and wasn't in the right frame of mind for trading today.
