Fill/Kill batches

If I implement a fill/kill on opening bet with batches.
If only part (1 batch) of my opening bet is taken.
Does that then mean that kill will kick in if rest of opening bet is not matched after let's say 10 seconds fill or kill?
Or will it remain in the market?

Yes, anything unmatched will be killed, if part of the next batch is matched that will be offset once the kill command comes
