I remember thinking it might have been because of lay bets not meeting the minimum liability but I don't think it was that because it seemed to be a bit random. When I increased stakes a little though it happened less often.

I could well be wrong but I didn't think you could Take SP on £1 bets. Don't they have to be a minimum of £2 or £10 in the UK ?

What is the minimum stake for an SP bet ?
The minimum stake for a back bet at SP is £2 (or the local currency equivalent). The minimum liability if laying is £10 (or the local currency equivalent).
Archery is correct regarding the minimum stakes so it would of been rejected when BF went to process it
But from your log I think you were just unlucky in you tried to 'take SP' at the exact time BF suspended the market (which I assume was to turn it in play), so the task of updating the bet to take SP couldn't be completed

It makes sense, just never seen it before. I’ll up the ante for this test. No drama.

Yo
No mate, wasn’t matched... winner was 9.99bsp too.
Its no biggy. Im 6 weeks in testing a strat at £1 stakes.
Upsizing is no problem as the trend line is 45• plus!

But won't you get banned shortly for constantly betting below the minimum ?

Paying plenty of commission on other markets.
It’s at £2 now anyway. I prefer realtime than practice.

Personally, I have been using below minimum stakes for almost three years 0.10 - 0.50, NEVER had a problem, nor have I heard of anyone else. Obviously, my orders don't meet Betfair SP criteria !!! Developers using these stakes daily to live test systems.
